I've been seeing the same dr at this clinic for over 20 years, she delivered both of my kids and they both see her. Staff are understanding, patient and friendly. We have had several medical challenges over the years, and they have always put us at ease with their patience and thoroughness. So grateful for them all!

Absolutely garbage of a medical clinic. Went in with my fiance and they wouldn't listen to her. Just kept denying everything. The skill of these doctors are elementary level.
Not a good clinic to go to whatsoever... Doctors there are very rude and make you feel uncomfortable and don’t seem to listen to what your saying. I was given a sample to take at home and take to the labs which I KNEW I didn’t need to take as it wasn’t the case at all. The doctor wasted my time and his own. He didn’t greet or smile when he walked into the room nor did he ask ANY questions about the symptoms I was having. I explained my situation and he just assumed right away that it was this or that which I again knew it wasn’t. Never experienced such unprofessional doctors in my entire life..
Don’t go to this clinic!!! It was about a year ago I came into the clinic as I had two tiny bumps in the back of my throat and the doctor looked at it and said it looks like thrush. Sent me home and told me to drink tea with honey and lemon, never went away after a month so came back, same thing doctor told me the exact same thing and sent me home. Came back again a month later and the doctor finally gave me some medication for it. Keep in mind my throat was never swabbed or looked at again after the first time I went in. Long story short I had came back about 5-6 times over the course of a year and in that time I was constantly being fed medication for months and months, 6-7 months to be exact. It never went away so l finally got a family doctor at a different clinic and was finally referred to a specialist. IT WASNT EVEN THRUSH!! It was due to stress, so for the 6,7,8 months i was on medication, I completely wasted my money but most importantly it messed my system right up. No wonder why I continually was having health problems. People need to be their own doctors now a days unless you’re lucky enough to find a good doctor. Horrible doctors. Do more harm than good. So upset about the unprofessionalism of these doctors of THIS clinic. No wonder why this clinic has no wait times, it’s always dead for a reason.
I missed the tiny sign at the door and was told by the receptionist I had to go back to my car to call even though I was standing in front of her. Went outside to call and at first the phone was busy and I couldn't get through, then when I finally was able to call I waited 30 min on hold and there was still no answer. Seems like a pretty simple process, bogged down by an incompetent receptionist with a chip on her shoulder.
Went a week ago for a walk in and tried calling in the parking lot (which you have to do). I was on hold for 30 minutes and left. Called the next day from home to book an appointment and reception told me they don’t do appointments and I have to go for a walk in and call in the parking lot. Went again the next day, called and line was busy for 30 minutes and I left. I called another clinic (lakeside) and reception instantly answered and booked me a phone call appointment. Pretty terrible experience, as all I needed was an allergy prescription renewal and had to go about a week without being able to breathe or sleep well.
Was told my family dr was no longer my family dr. after I had made an phone appointment and that I had to come in to see the dr.
Went in to take my daughter to the walk in clinic at 530. Medimaps said the wait was 20 min. I walked in, and went to speak to reception. She flat out td me to turn around, get in my car, and call them. So, I did. The first time, I was on hold for 5 min. I called back - AND WAS ON HOLD AGAIN. I ACTUALLY HAD TIME TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER CLINIC AND REGISTER BEFORE THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE. Will never return to this clinic, and judging by the previous reviews, I won’t be the last.
