Roxanne is an exemplary travel agent. Recently Jan 2019, on our trip to the Dominican Republic my partner got sick on our return flight. We were made to do a hospital layover in cuba. Roxanne went above and beyond helping us with our insurance coverage, flights from another city back to Saskatoon. Wow, I'm so glad we booked our trip through her. Definitely recommend Eastside Travel.
Strongly urge nobody to deal through this agent. Spent three hours at the airport waiting for a name change, and was not able to board!! Had to be rebooked at my own cost! The airline charged me a 300 cancellation 50 name change plus the airfare difference (300), she refused to split or pay even tho it was her error! Once on the flight 3 days after my original departure date we notice that the return tickets had been changed without our knowledge or consent!! Would give 0 stars if possible!! Strongly urge not to deal with!
