I called them at 8:45 am and 40 minutes later I had a technician in my house. Even if they were booked for the day they had a technician calling me to let me know he would be here in 10 minutes after I told them my refrigerator had stopped the night before The technician Brent is really nice and went above and beyond. The cost was reasonable I definitely recommend them.

Talked to a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly guy about a problem we had with the oven control board on our stove. We didn't end up getting them to do the job but this guy gave us some good advice and spent time with us. If we ever do need appliance repair work done I would definitely take it there.

Sent a fridge that was very beat up and dirty inside. We had spoken about him sending me a "like new" used and it came in awful condition - after I paid of course. I called and asked for a discount cause of the condition. The owner said he would apply a discount back onto my card and ensured me he would. The discount was never applied to my card.

Went in hoping to find a part for my older washing machine. Didn't get the part, it is really hard to find anywhere, but did have a good conversation with a technician who spared some of his time. Found out about a line of laundry equipment they sell that seems more durable than most, but out of my budget right now.

Great service. Went to all the appliance parts places in the city for a 2018 dishwasher piece. 1 place said they couldn't even find my model, another said they could order but it would be 75 and 3 month wait. Bill at Blitz said 10.95 and 2 week wait.

E-tek Rods and Restorations

We purchased an expensive commercial grade washer dryer set from Blitz and had nothing but trouble. Had to have several repairs done, each time having to pay for service calls, parts and labour. Finally the motor went in the washer and they refused to help, wanting 700 to repair it. Wr.just bought a used set off of Fb instead. Wouldn't go back!
