They greeted me kindly, but told me to wait 1 minute to help me find a laptop.. I waited 15 minutes and saw the employees who were suppose to help wonder around the whole store. I walked passed them numerous times and stood there patiently.. nobody came to help so I left. They even saw me.

They've pretty much destroyed the local computer business's without providing affordable pricing. It's too bad, the service is not good. Otherwise, not very happy with them but when it comes down to it they do use their buying power to get items in as quick as possible when requested. I would never buy a large ticket item from them but the small stuff sure.

I bought a new phone on Boxing Day. There was a huge misunderstanding with Bell and Bell was a nightmare to deal with. I came back in for a last ditch effort in resolving my issue with Bell. Jasmine (I believe her name is) was an absolute angel and was immensely helpful!! Went above and beyond for me. I’m so grateful and very impressed with their customer service. They are so so nice here!

I would give -5 if I could. Employees are rude with you and won't give you more than 5 minutes of their time. Managers openly scold employees in earshot of customers (has happened multiple times when I have been here). The prices aren't that good, just shop local or Amazon.

Best buy is closing stores as they shift to the future of online sales. This locations solution? Permanently lay off warehouse employees, the ones that prepare the online orders, after hiring cheaper untrained replacements. Make of that what you will, The store is poorly managed, as evidenced by the employees attitude towards management. Employees are a joy to talk to and wonderful in sales, but I seriously feel sorry that they have to deal with such demoralizing management. - A concerned former customer who will not be returning

Safe to say that Best Buy is the electronic's one-stop-shop. They have more selections of electronics compare to their competitors. From TVs, sound systems, cds, computer stuff (laptop, softwares, antivirus, etc) and home appliances. Most of the time someone would approach you if tou ever need a help about anything within the store. Staffs are friendly and the ambiance is really good.

Bought a new tower computer from here, had some problems with it, took it in and they said they could not fix it here and that they would have to send it to Vancouver to be fixed. Unbelievable.... Best Buy sent it off right away and I got it back within six days delivered right to my front door, the GEEK SQUAD staff in Saskatoon are great, they get to the bottom of problems right away.... THANKS, BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD SASKATOON!

Went into the store to shop and quickly discovered most items were not in stock. An associate told me they leave display items on the shelf even if they have no physical stock in store because it lets customers know what the store can sell and could be ordered online. Don't waste your time going to the physical store, just order online. Chances are the store won't have it in store and you will end up going to a physical store just for them to make an online order on your behalf.
