I've had a fantastic experience with this store. Our old BBQ slowly turned into a rust bucket that I could no longer trust to cook food in. I came by on a Saturday long weekend to find a replacement. The store was closed, but the owner was just leaving and noticed me approach the door. I was happy to come back when they were open, but the owner insisted on letting me in and showing me around. He did a great job listening to what I wanted and showed me several options that would work. They even saved me a bunch of money by showing how a lower-end model could be upgraded with an accessory to get a feature the higher-end model had. Thank you for the great experience. This is a great local business that obviously cares about their customers; I'll definitely be back.

Had a terrible, 1 star worthy experience here before Christmas and swore I would never return when sales associate couldn't be bothered to help with the purchase of a Weber Q as a Christmas gift (bought it from Lowe's instead as a result)... However, I went back recently and (different) sales staff was outstanding and even pulled out a PAPER Weber parts catalog to locate a piece for one of my Weber grills. Well done bud, I will be back.

Purchased a electric radiant heater for almost 1500.00 After installation we discovered it didn't meet our expectations. I tried reaching out to John and other staff to have him contact me multiple times to see what could be done. I stopped by the store to speak with him after a week. John was not in, but i was assured he would call me back to discuss some sort of a solution. We would have certainly upgraded, but its clear with almost a month past and zero effort from BBQ's & More to reach me for a solution that after-sales satisfaction is very low on the priorities for this local business. Plenty of businesses sell great products. Great businesses strive for customer satisfaction.

I made a phone inquiry regarding a replacement knob for my BBQ. To my surprise they actually had some in stock (couldn't even find it on amazon). I said I would come for it later in the day. I was pleasantly surprised that the part was set aside at the till along with a pre-filled sales receipt. Saved me and the sales person time completing the transaction. I really appreciated the forethought even for a small purchase. For such a small gesture, It made enough of an impression on me to write this review. Keep up the good work!
