I went into WOW! today to get a new phone! I've never had a phone on a contract before and I can't even begin to explain how amazing they were! The lady who helped me; Toni, was awesome!!!! I wasn't sure what I wanted in terms of the phone itself and she was so much help and ended up helping me choose the perfect phone!!! Friendly,fast & overall awesome service! I will 100% be going back for anything I need in the future and I will 100% recommend going to WOW! And speaking with Toni :)!!!

We were in yesterday to look at contract options and we also needed new phones. We were helped by Austin and he was incredibly helpful and amazing to deal with. We are very happy with our new phones and even more so with our new plan which is saving us a significant amount each month. Austin was very patient and listened to our needs in order to help us find the best plan to suit us. He also stayed late to help us finish setting things up. I would give 10 stars if I could. He really made the process a lot less painful.
