Jeff was amazing he helped me out big time. Fixed my taxes that I was filling out incorrectly. Worth the money to have the peace of mind that my taxes are filled out correctly and without all the mistakes I was making.

We went to see the accountant that specializes in US taxes. If this man is supposed to be an expert (which he told me he was), we're all in trouble. He made so many mistakes on my taxes (I'm not going to write them all here) and then on my husband's Canadian taxes (including his address) that we are still trying to fix them up. He does not pay attention to detail. I don't think he even takes people's taxes seriously. Gives wrong advice and when you tell him he made a mistake he acts as if it's nothing. Really? You just cost me 1400USD in back taxes and you think you did nothing wrong? What bothers me the most is that he lied to my face and said he could apply directly for ITIN's on my children and husband's behalf. But it turned out he could not. We had to take two separate days off of work to go to Detroit with our small kids -- the second time because he made mistakes with the forms the first time we went there! I don't know how the other accountants are at this place, but do yourself a favor and don't go there for US taxes. I think Windsor is the place to go to get your taxes done if you work in the US and live in Canada.
