I would like Amanda (cashier) recognized for her friendly and happy attitude. She is extremely helpful and always greets you with an \Hello\ followed by a friendly smile. She is cautious with the COVID 19.She wipes down everything between customers. She makes that her priority. I have witnessed not all cashiers do. Thank you Amanda for what you do. Its a pleasure to have you as a cashier. Please keep safe. Wishing Walmart had more workers like you.

Overview: Out of all the Walmarts I’ve been to I wasn’t expecting Sarnia to be in the top 5 I’ve ever visited. No complaints here. Staff: Staff were helpful and nice. They were doing what they needed to and the ones who I’d expect to greet me or approach me did that well. Cleanliness/moderness: Exactly what I’d expect from a Walmart. Not a bad thing at all. This specific location is especially clean I found. Would I go back? If I needed to absolutely. They were great at this location!
Horrible customer service : Time : 5:20PM Date: Sept 19, 2020 Subject: Return of items Location: Walmart Sarnia It's miserable to observe the store manager's rude behavior as and when had a discussion with the return of a few items. It knew that Walmart's return policy is the best among the many similar stores it almost equal to Costco. I returned many things without a receipt and got a Walmart card. Here the case is the same. In the current case, unfortunately, I lost the receipt and requested to take back and return the store card so that I can purchase from the same store. We both got in to start a discussion because the store clerk links the non-return of items due to COVID-19. I disagreed with the reason as if COVID-19 is the reason; the store should accept anything. The manger is a coarse and continuously raised voice; I felt horrible about customer service treatment. I request Walmart management to look into this and advise concerned that these cases shall not be repeated. Finally, my items were not taken back, and the store manager called security and felt very embarrassed. I want to bring this case to higher'ups so that these cases shall not be repeated, and no customer will be affected by these actions. The store manager will train how to handle the customer amicably in this situation without losing temper. My complain is for improving the situation at customer treatment at the Walmart store at Sarnia. Thanks for your help in understanding the genuine concern of customers. Yours truly Chandra
Walmart was the usual Walmart, however the Tim Hortons close by is open for sit-in and nicely separated. Service is a little slower than normal due to a very busy drive through. Nice to sit in comfort.
