I'm happy to pay a few extra dollars for the personal service. I shopped at Sport Chek and Marks in the week before going here, this was the only store I spoke to a person. Amazing service, extremely knowledgeable, very kind.

Bought athletic shoes there yesterday. The service was wonderful and the clerk was very respectful of my price point. She sold me the most incredible shoes at a deal. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will shop there again.
I bought my daughter a pair of winter boots from here, which was my first ever purchase in this store. After a few days of her wearing the boots, one of them ripped. I was disappointed to see this, but I called the store to see what could be done & the next day it was all sorted out & my daughter was given a new pair of boots right away (these new boots are holding up well). The customer service from these women are amazing! I was so pleased with their level of professionalism, kindness & understanding. I'll definitely be going back there :)
