I never write reviews but I wanted to say how nice and welcoming the ladies are at Rapids, I brought my son's dog Charlie to his 1st time vet appt. They were all so nice from Sarah that answered the phone and Molly the assistant and Dr.Knight. All was very nice, kind and professional and explain everything to me in detail. Thanks Rapids Veterinary I give them 5 star

The best vet in town, I love Betty Knight! She met with us right away after hours when our cat had an emergency, they also let us do payments because we couldn't afford it all at once. Thank you rapids team!
Best I've found in Sarnia. Dr Knight is my dogs favorite veterinarian.
Place does not care about the well being of animals. Even though I am i client there they refuse to see a dog that I am looking after, for someone out of the province for several months, and does not have a regular vet in town. Their so called value of animals attitude is to let the dog die....pathetic. I strongly suggest going to another hospital that puts animal's lives a priority
Refused to tend to a deeply sick animal only because I've not been a client in the past. What a disgusting practice. Refused to answer a call until 8: 42 despite opening at 8. This place deserves to be taken to court and bankrupted.
