Kelly and Barb were fabulous to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Kelly got me into a great plan with a new phone and showed me how my old plan was costing money for something I wasn't ever going to use. They were very patient and helpful. Took the time to explain things and even helped me set up the new phone. Highly recommend the Mobile Shop, Sarnia.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would. The staff was so friendly and helpful and even talked me out of a phone I didn't want but was willing to get cause I was desperate for a phone. They provided me with a loaner phone while they ordered in the one I actually wanted. Thank you so so so much!

The staff were amazing helpful when I purchased my cell phone and set it up. Anytime I have an issue with my cell (I.E. broken or lost SIM) the lady working went above and beyond to help. Even letting me use the store phone to call virgin customer support and staying with me to help walk me through the process. I recommend going here to get a new phone or tablet ext.
