People are great but there is always a machine down, unable to dispense money, or \out of order\. Makes it hard when you work all day and go to use the atms and they don't work. Like I said, great people, horrible reliability.

Do not use this bank for your mortgage. It cost us the purchase of our home and we will never return to Td for any business whatsoever. We have given Jae all of our information on Monday, asked for the same information again and, now, Thursday she is asking for all the same information AGAIN.. for the 3rd time all while saying to us we didn't give it to her in the first place. Complete waste of time, completely unwarranted frustration, and completely unprofessional. She is also telling us that a cosigner on a mortgage has no effect on if we can get a home or not.. what's the point of a cosign? If I am approved for 225k and the house is 234k, but a cosigner won't help me get that 9000? We have 0 in debt, 60k in a savings account and I am an RN of 8 years. What does a young person have to do to getahead in life when the price of homes or even getting a home becomes unattainable? The Answer is definitely not with TD. My bank account, savings and investments are leaving this bank. Update: she asked for the same information again Update: went to another bank the following day, BMO, and it was approved and done with in less than 2 hours.

Disorganized branch. Appointment time 10:30 and not seen until 11. Also Stacey missed several documents I was required to sign. She then proceeded to repeatedly call during class hours with little regard or consideration. Remaining documents have to now be signed at a different branch. What a nightmare!
