I recently had the pleasure of upgrading my IPhone to a Samsung S20 plus. During the whole transaction Alisha Smith displayed a very professional and polite upbeat attitude. A few short minutes into our conversation and it was quite evident that Alisha was very knowledgeable with regard to the phone specifications, its features, benefits and available accessories. T-Booths in store credits where promptly offered along with a very valuable and cost effective 3rd party protection plan. Her coworkers were kind enough to acknowledge my presence which made my overall transaction that much more enjoyable. Nice TEAMWORK !! Alisha took the time to give me a call a couple days after I had purchased the phone just to confirm if I required any additional assistance and to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I am sure that almost everyone will agree that customer service is not what it used to be and Alisha certainly brought customer service back to the forefront.
