This particular Swiss Chalet is not very good. It use to be a lot better back then. The food is NOT amazing like some people still think it is. Their mashed potatoes are bagged. Their ribs barely have meat on them. Their rotisserie chicken is dry with hardly any seasoning. The buns are hard & stale. By the way, think twice about working there as well. I will not be buying food there ever again.

Server was new and inexperienced; he received no help from his supervisor either. Veggie burger and sweet potato fries were both overcooked (not the server's fault of course). He brought the burger with no garnishments; we had to ask for butter; missing the sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries; got mostly cream with coffee when we asked for milk - all little things but they add up in one meal. The final annoyance was when I ordered cheesecake to go; he brought me plain so I asked where's the sauce. He comes back with chocolate. I said sorry, but that's not what I wanted. I showed him the pic on their flip chart and he said I ordered the wrong cheesecake! I said there's only one cheesecake on your menu so I don't know what you're talking about. Finally got the right thing. He apologized and said he was new. My husband said yeah, we know, but you need to slow down and pay attention because you make too many errors while you're rushing around.
Our dinner at Swiss chalet tonight was as good always. Service was great!!keep up the good work Marcia!!
First time delivery in covid.... You folk's knocked it out of the park tonight. Arrived quickly to our door and everything was delicious and hot! The delivery guy was courteous and friendly.. Thanks so much!
