Strange behaviour by an employee. She wanted me to donate to a personal fundraiser or some charity without offering a receipt. After spending my money here, I wouldn't feel comfortable coming back next year since she became somewhat rude after I declined to donate to some unheard of charity.

Not allowed to try on costumes (covid rules). We kind of forgot this. Tried on a hat and a small cloak. Lady comes over and yells pretty loudly, you cant try on costumes. They did not have this posted anywhere, which they should. No credit (debit or cash only) at one of the cash registers, no tap. Was a little annoyed at this, staff said they were broken into and the visa machine got broken. Staff seemed a little overworked and cranky, otherwise good selection of cheaply made and expensive priced Halloween costumes and décor, cant find it anywhere else so its nice to to be able to get it.
The staff are super friendly, very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. The store was also very organized and clean. I was very impressed! :)
Store was well set-up and had animatronics on display, lots of selection and well organized. My family enjoyed looking around and everyone left happy with their costumes. However, when I opened my costume at home I found that half of it was missing. When I contacted the company to see about an exchange or getting the missing pieces, no one at the company was willing to help in any way. Just kept repeating, "all sale were final." So now I'm left with a 50 purchase that can't be used. Very disappointing.
