Very good work when it gets done. Little to no communication at all. Everything organized last minute. Doesn't plan work ahead of time so you can plan to be around the house. Say they will get back to yeah and never hear back from them unless you keep calling them. Update: Had somebody come and look at the work that needed to be done. Said they would get back. Never did. Called back every other week since and they say the would get back to me and nothing. They just keep lying. Update: Keep calling and still no response back. Still havent finished their work with the promise of finishing a year ago after I paid. Leaving electrical exposed to the elements. Not replacing tress that died in a week.

Cannot even get an estimate. I booked an appointment for the estimate and no one showed up on the day. I called and was informed that they can't find my appointment in the system. How good of the work they would do if they can't even arrange the appointments.
The team just put in a driveway extension and sidewalk. Great job, very professional, cleaned up immediately after pouring and leveling the cement. Also put in soil and grass the next day. Awesome job! We highly recommend Southwest.
