Everyone at this vet was so kind and warm. Dr. Muhammad W was wonderful. He was thorough, listened to all my concerns and was sweet and loving with my cats. I was very happy with this vet visit and I'm happy I chose them.

The best experience with this vet! I brought my dog for teeth extraction and went to a vet in chatham and a vet in London and heard about this vet. He really cared and you can tell he doesn't do this for the money. He charged me half of what the other 2 quotes were and he didn't try to price gouge or trick you into anything. Totally worth the drive.

He was well taken care of during his Neutering surgery We have been bringing our Baby Bear here for 3 yrs and also the care given during a time of 9 yrs with our Departed Papa Bear. My pets having been going to South Sarnia for a few years now. I've been through 4 vets with all my moving around. The service here has always been top notch! Today I had to bring my cat Zira in because she wasn't eating anything yesterday or today. The office was so busy! They were double booking appointments, the phone didn't stop, they all work so hard to give quality vet service. The office staff were all bustling about sanitizing and attending to each task. The teamwork was phenomenal! The vet that seen Zira gave us his full attention, he was very caring and wanted to ensure she didn't feel threatened, he took care of everything she needed. She had to have a few teeth removed and he was very thorough and tender with her. He didn't make me feel vulnerable or like I had to do anything outside of my comfort zone. He communicated every detail with me for my knowledge. I was able to discuss costs before getting the work done. I've never felt more valued, relieved, and comfortable in a vet office. I couldn't speak highly enough. They are life savers. They are all loving spirits who would go to any length to see an animal, and their owner, feel respected and well. And in a single income home I can still afford the vet bill in a few easily arranged payments.

The doctors and staff here are absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are extremely caring and respectful of animals and their owners needs. If you are looking to bring your animals for top notch care, come here. The staff are intelligent, educated and very warm and welcoming.
