We have been using Sell Off Vacations here in Sarnia Ontario for the last 6 years and the agent who looks after us is Becky Hambafehy and she does it really well. Becky takes time to find us all available options and Discounts and saves us those extra dollars that help towards our spending money. In other words she looks at all available savings for us. We recently went in to see Becky with an enquiry for our next Cuba vacation and as usual found us a 4.5 star hotel ( many reviewers classed it at 5 star) as usual Becky went shopping and saved us many dollars. I highly recommend a visit to Becky at Sell Off Vacations for a quote and Super service and when you go in tell Becky Roy and Dyl say thanks for the wonderful vacations and memories and we look forward to many more with Sell Off vacations and Becky's Expertise. Sarah at Sell off Vacation in Sarnia is who I deal with . She has made booking trips easy and painless for me . I don’t do well with trying to figure out a trip on the internet and she just makes it less stressful for me . I have been using the Sarnia office for many year. Often doing large groups. This year lost a price drop because of poor service. I did escalate this and do have proof of all text messaging. Unfortunatly I do have to use this office one more time but after this I will never give this office or site one more dime!
I have travelled to Bahamas with a group of girls and used Becky Hambafehy as our travel agent and can't say how easy she made this whole process. She had exceptional customer service, made travel suggestions about our resort and activities that were amazing. I highly recommend using her as a travel agent! I will definitely go back.
