Terrible service. Left 3 messages that were never returned. Went to Sarnia office. She copied my obituary and sent it in for me,but couldn't take my credit card info. I still had to wait for them to call. When he did call, he cut the price in half due to the run around.
Neat paper but sorry to say, they're going the way of the telegraph.
