Jeff and his staff were great. Very comfortable and welcoming environment with professional service. First time visiting a chiropractor and it was an excellent experience, can't wait for some more cracking. Highly recommend Mr. Needham to anyone looking for a great doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Needham for over 6 years now and only have great things to say about him and his staff! They are always very kind and take the time to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend Needham Spine Centre as they go above and beyond!
Amazing!! I called on a Monday suffering with pain and they fit me right in. I had lower back and neck pain until getting adjusted by Dr. Needham. He is kind and caring and takes time to listen and wants to help you!! The ladies/customer service is wonderful and they make you feel so comfortable. I am never waiting long for my appointment which is perfect. I definitely recommend. Ps. The new office is beautiful!
When I injured my back Dr Jeff and his team got me in immediately within a half hour of calling. They have been so attentive and caring to my injury, encouraging and assisting in my recovery the entire time. Sam, Meg, Jen and Kayla are a breath of fresh air. Walking into the office they are always smiling and laughing, which makes me recognize how wonderful Dr Jeff must be to work for. Every single one of them calls me by first name which makes the whole experience that much more personal. My very first time ever having my back looked at and I was nervous but the staff there is truly amazing and really listen to what you have to say and I felt so safe so thank you. Having our talk about what I'd like to try and make better about myself and he completely understood but also showed just how much he cares for people whom suffer from neck and back issues and wants to everything he can to help solve and fix the problem. I'm so excited to see what he can do for me to make myself better and somewhat if not fully pain free. Thank you so much and can't wait to continue on this new journey
