For being part of a food court, this is definitely one of the best places for Chinese food in Sarnia. The guy who always works there (owner/manager?) is always very nice, and seems to actually enjoy serving people. Great food and service every time. Edit: After reading other reviews, I just don't get it. Small portions, bland food, and rude server? I think some people just love to write bad reviews. Portions are great, and the food is fresh every time I go.
My experience with Manchu Wok at Carlingwood Mall has always been favourable from service, to food, to portion, to quality. Always fresh, hot, good portion, attendants are always serviceable. Manchu Wok is a chinese fast food franchise and I've tried various locations in Ontario and they seem to be consistent with their good quality. They've been around for a long time and from my experience they have been consistently very good at every location that I have tried. This quality for a fast food chinese outlet is pretty impressive - even better than some chinese restaurants.

Great food, great service. The gentleman helped me promptly and with a smile, always referring to me as “my friend.” :) The portion was HUGE—great value if you love Asian/Chinese cuisine and more accustomed to going to Chinese buffet. I got the “Pick 3,” that’s on top of your base carb of either rice or noodles. Chow mein was perfect, delicious sweet and sour chicken, also got the black pepper chicken & veg, plus fresh green veg. Quality and quantity for a quick meal in the mall will definitely come back.
