Waste of time. His office assistant screwed up our referral to London for our daughter as we called every week for 4 weeks checking to make sure it was sent when in fact it was not once I got a hold of the said place we were supposed to be referred to. Left us for 4 weeks in limbo telling us she had sent it. The last day I called 2/19/2019 his office assistant was very short with me while I was asking questions about our referral since my husband was the one who was at the actual appointment. She let me know with her tone and her lack of compassion, her shortness and the simple fact when I called I explained why i was calling and she literally left me in silence that i had to ask ... \excuse me?\ as i heard nothing after her answering the phone. She should be ashamed of herself!!!!! Would never recommend the Offices of Dr Lacroix and his office assistant NEEDS to take her job seriously and have more manners. Our daughter is struggling and they could care less.

Amazing doctor. He is very compassionate and professional all at the time. He is a wonderful doctor for both my sons.
Dr.Lacroix is a very professional and let's u know every detail there is about what is wrong with u..very good with my kids
