For the most part they have been willing to work with me, and they seem nice enough, I've met all three people and felt with all of them. If you are honest, and reliable (speaking solely in my own person cases experience) they are at least an average business. 3.9 stars from me

Laurie(don't know her lastname) and their receptionist, Chassiti Olson/Westover like to tell people about other peoples files. They gossip about the people whom are in their office for collections. They lie about what is actually on your credit and try to make you pay for things that aren't actually on there. I did speak with my financial advisor and she pulled my collections file prior to connecting with Laurie and this woman(Laurie)was lying through her teeth about the things I needed to pay for. They are ignorant and both need to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Disgustingly unprofessional.
