My 11 year old daughter has alopecia and was initially hesitant about the option of a wig. The idea grew on her and she agreed to a consultation. Candace was amazing with her by explaining and normalizing the process. She had a gentle approach and let my daughter feel in control of the outcome. Sara worked her magic with the wig to give it a natural yet polished look. It is absolutely beautiful and my daughter and I are amazed at the colour match to her bio hair. She was treated with kindness and respect throughout the consult and we were pleased that she was able to come home with her wig. While out shopping after the appointment my daughter told me she loves her new hair! It means so much to see her feeling confident in public. We are so grateful and appreciative of Continental Hair.

I called Candace after a very tough day with my 10 year old daughter who suffers from Trichotillomania. Candace was so kind and understanding and told us about a program to help our girl. We got an appointment 2 days later and Candace and Sarah could not have been kinder! We had the best day getting our girl a wig and to see her come out of her shell and feel pretty was the best feeling we have had in a long time. They do an amazing job making you feel comfortable and safe and we could not appreciate them more! If you are in need of this service you will not find a better place!

Our 10 year old daughter was treated with the upmost compassion and empathy, giving her the safety and confidence she needed in her most vulnerable moment. It has been a rough time for our girl, and today she was given a gift we will never forget or be able to repay. Within an hour of finding her new hair, we saw our daughter transform before our eyes, regaining her confidence and personality that had been gradually fading for the past several months. Went to San Diego with my daughter last week and had a great time. We did a tour on this bus/boat thing and when it was a bus it was extremely windy but no problems with my hair blowing off or even feeling like it would. Just love it - also the compliments I get on how much younger I look. Going to Continental Hair and meeting Candace was one of the best things I have ever done!
