This rating is from Jim Coyle not Karen Coyle who would never give anything other than 5 star. I like the staff and have been with CIBC for over 40 years. Bank is understaffed which makes for very long wait times. I am sure this makes it very stressful for the tellers but they always remain very calm and polite, Only one teller on when the tellers are having lunch I presume which does not make a lot of sense to me. The 3 star rating is no reflection on the very competent staff. Jim Coyle

Absolutely brutal \customer service\. My wife and her family had their late Father's estate account here, and it was nothing but a giant pain in the rear EVERY time they tried to make changes or even just access the account. A quote from one of their clerks \...He's been dead for a year now...there shouldn't be any more bills coming out of the account...\. Real professional.

Another big corporate machine, understaffed, service fees for everything, and personal banking representatives that change every three months , it's a reflection of the corporate attitude of screw the customer, even their own staff can't wait to get away from these pigs.you suck CIBC, as do all big bank's
