A complete 0 rating here. took advantage of my 94 year old father. sold him a new computer and when i asked him if thought he was making a good choices, he responded i thought he was a bit off. I was furious and said you still just sold it to him and took his money. He said he was going to try to train him on windows 10 over the phone. Quickly recovered my broken hard drive and very reasonable price! Pleasant service, knowledgeable and local. Have since gone back to pick up other computer parts at less than the cost of big box store. I will always check here first as they have great prices on refurbished parts as well.
