As with the other A&W's I have been at, my stop at this store in Sarnia was a good stop. Knowing what the food is like provides a certain level of comfort.

Time to close this A&W location. Ordered 2 mama burgers w/o pickle and received nothing but disappointment. No one ahead and it was a 10 minute wait. There are regularly issues with this location but this is the worst yet. I wasnt even provided a receipt to follow up. I noticed the burger was extremely dry and had virtually no toppings and zero seasoning. Avoid this location at all costs!
If you're going to have fast food breakfast, go to A&W. Even compared to a lot of local sit down places, you're getting a better breakfast here, for about the same price. Coffee has changed for the better recently. Oh, and say hi to Andrew. Hopefully a few people manage to do this before he reads this comment. I'm sure the confused look will be worth it.
They are generous to make me a breakfast after breakfast hours. Friendly staff, and the eggs becon was delicious.
For fast food it sure takes a long time. Waited 20 mins in drive thru. Not impressed. Doesn’t seem like this place is ever organized properly. I almost always have to park off to the side and have them bring it after going to the window to pay. Kind of ridiculous.
