Not great, not awful. Staff aren't very friendly. My receipt says I can return product I bought but when I brought it back they gave me a store credit. It wasn't even 50% off product.

This is the most organized and clean ardenes I have ever been in. The staff is always welcoming.
Quality is just above acceptable. You get what you pay for here. If you spend 4 dollars on earrings, that's a good indication of how many days they'll last. Never pick your favourite piece from here because the first time you wear it it will look tarnished and old. That being said, this place is good for little doo dads and trendy items.
