Had the BEST experience. Justin gave us million dollar customer service. We were looking for a suit around the mall and every store didn’t care to take care of us, then we got to Sarar and Justin took care of us. Thank you Justin!!

BAD customer service at this place. The way they treat their customers is beyond horrible. During this pandemic they should know to retain their customers. They are beyond horrible in customer service and the way my husband and I was treated by their staff and manager is ridiculous. Definitely taking it up on social media for their horrible treatment and will ensure to not order anything from Sarar ever again in the future. Their employees need to be changed. They feel they own the store and they can treat the customers whichever way they like. If the continue with such behaviour, soon there wont be any sarar in halton hills. Horrible and pathetic store employees. Shame and disgrace on both of you for loosing out customers who once loved to visit the store. Wont be ever coming in again.
If there was a chance to give this place a negative star, I so would. Highly disappointing in the way they treat the customers. Their prices are over priced, plus during the pandemic instead of making sure they retain the customers, they treat them rudely or bluntly with a bad attitude. They feel as if they are owning the place, however they are mistaken, they are strictly employees who are forming a bad name for the entire SARAR Company. Would DEFINITELY not be returning again to this place and I would rather give some other company my business who really need it. Their prices are so over priced and with such attitude, forget them to ever get me back as their customer. Disgrace to SARAR for keeping such employees and the management certainly needs to ensure the staff is trained or hire new ones to bring back customers!
Horrible staff. They do not know how to speak to customers. They dictate their terms and conditions on the customers with their highly overpriced items. If they do not improvise their customer service, their store would definitely shut down with the retail stores being affected. Train your employees because no customer like to be treated in a bad manner the way they treat their customers. NEVER COMING BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN and will ensure none of my friends and family enter this horrible store.
