There are only a few trades people that we would recommend. Santos Water and Drain is one that we highly recommend. The Santos team do exceptional work and provide excellent service. They are reliable, punctual, efficient, neat and deliver on what they said they would do. Santos Drain also prepares paperwork and permits, if needed, on your behalf for submission to the city.

Santos is the best plumber I’ve ever used. He did a large remedial job on my sewage drain a few years ago, and another preventative one earlier this week. In both of these instances, he was friendly and very easy to work with. His rates were very fair and very affordable. He solved even difficult problems quickly and efficiently. And most importantly, he is completely trustworthy. I recommend him to all my friends, and he’s the only plumber I would ever use.
