We put in an above ground pool and have had an excellent experience with Samson Pools. Jon was professional and helpful from the initial planning stages all the way through installation and support afterwards. The entire team that installed the pool were friendly, professional, efficient and courteous. Jon and Stefan have both been great, teaching us pool maintenance, answering all our questions and following up immediately when we needed. The service they provide is gold standard! Highly recommend them for your pool. We couldn’t be happier with ours!
I am a neighbour to two Samson pools and the products they use are very loud. The filter and heaters are very noisy. The workers put down my personal yard during the measurements of their customers pool placement that were loud enough for me to hear. They blocked my driveway with their trucks without even a curiosity warning.
