Sam came after I had a another service technician inspect my fridge who didn't seem to know what he was doing. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, honest and the cost was very fair. Although I did not repair the fridge as the cost was not worth the expense for a 11 year old fridge, he was able to correctly diagnose the issue. Highly recommend him for any refrigeration repairs!!
