Do not buy from them online. They put items in sale and then cancel orders after the sale period is over. For the prices they charge they need to learn how to provide better customer service.

The sales at this store pushed me to buy discounted item and doesn’t tell me it’s final sale. My wife doesn’t like the bag style and when I return to duty free customer service, they told me it is final sale, no return or exchange. The phone customer service is not responsive. They told me to wait for their manager to call me and I wait for another week without any feedback about my case and no one trying to solve my issue now.
