Where do I start? Speaking from a place where I have been ripped off in the past by other mechanics, I generally have felt like I couldn’t trust the profession. Now that I have experienced the professional, sweet and dedicated service of this shop, I can tell you I’m a changed woman! Sal and his team are so fast to get your car looked at and he genuinely cares about his customers and clearly has a passion for what he does. Sal doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile and really provides first class service that doesn’t feel fake. Prices are fair and the work is great. No gouging-he’ll save your tooth and ensure you walk away with peace of mind. Never hesitate to take your car here!

Purchased a white 2018 Mercedes C300 4MATIC and traded in my 2017 Ford Focus Electric at Sal's Auto, Eric provided excellent customer service and although I requested a earlier than expected appointment to take possession of my Benz! He made, my dream become reality!!! In 2 days and will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from Sal's Auto because my experience with Sal's Auto Sales was, superior compared to another dealership who sold me my previous vehicle. In conclusion I can positively, recommend Sal's Auto because they have an awesome selection; of automobiles to choose and at fantastic prices as well! Plus, they can maintain your vehicle to the highest standards. And I'm only going to be, going to Sal's Auto Service to receive the BEST maintenance for my Mercedes UPDATE - My first oil change was excellent also, Sal's Auto crushed the competition when, I was searching for a Mercedes Benz to purchase. Because a huge selling point for me was, Sal's Auto Service can maintain your vehicle on site! Although I live in Oakville, I wouldn't trust any other establishment with my Benz. Because at Sal's they are honest and trustworthy unlike so many other businesses I've dealt with in the past.

My spouse and I will NEVER use any other mechanic but Sal and his expert team! Expert, professional, reasonably priced, thorough, service and customer-oriented, detailed and always friendly to boot! Sal did an expert job on my VM engine this week! He rebuilt parts that would have cost me 3x at a VM dealership. He even tried to negotiate with a dealership for a cost to a part and when he couldn't get a fair price, he rebuilt the part himself. He explained and took pictures of the issue for us. We have been using Sal for years. No wonder folks come from Markham and farther to have their cars taken care of by Sal's Auto. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles. If you want excellence and detail and want the job done for a fair price, this is your go-to place for mechanics! TRUST US! Our cars have never run better since we started taking our vehicles to Sal's Auto. A great guy, great team, a great shop tucked away in South Mississauga. He can fix anything AND is also enthusiastic about his profession and takes great pleasure addressing his clients needs! We've been driving a long time and have never met such an excellent mechanic, person and team. THANKS SAL!
