Best buying experience we've ever had! We felt comfortable the second we were greeted by our salesman Darren! He took the time to listen to what we truly wanted & needed in a vehicle, then we toured the lot as we looked at some exciting options. Not once did we feel any kind of pressure to lean towards one vehicle or another, or that we had to purchase right away to get in some kind of deal or promo. It didn't matter if we looked at a lower priced vehicle verse a higher price, all Darren cared about was making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and believe me, that kind of assistance was definitely noticed. After narrowing down our search of what we liked, he took us into his office where he showed us other inventory that he could bring in because we had expressed certain things we were comparing like colors/options/features. He worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our buying experience was made even more fun because everyone in the building was so kind! They all said hi to us at one time or another, popping in for funny moments and really making us feel at home. We've never had such an incredible experience at a dealership. When we came to pick up our new vehicle, Darren took the time to help us set up On-star and made sure we were familiar with all of its new features. Even Ian Gray came out to congratulate us on our purchase, we truly felt so welcomed by everyone! I would (and already have) recommend Darren to people I know, and we will be a return customer, for sure! Thank you so much!

Highly recommend SA GM for your next vehicle. I had a zero stress experience throughout. Rod Thiessen was great to work with, ask for him! All the staff was always helpful and smiling. They even welcomed our pup! I am using SA GM for all services and follow up for the next five years; if this five star rate is still up the service has continued! (That’s the true test, right?! After we drop the cash?!)
