Our well stopped working at midnight with a houseful of guests. We emailed J's requesting his service. Jerry called us at 7:31 am and although he was fully booked, he gave us a one hour window to come by and check it out. He was able to travel to our place, diagnose the problems, replace the broken parts, and do a complete service in 45 minutes of that call. That's what we'd call top quality service. My family really appreciates the help with our water system with emergency and upgrade that J's offered through great service. We were desperate with our water situation and felt left in the dark after we bought a 10 acre property in Tappen but these guys are knowledgeable and got us on the right track with our new system. Excellent service and knowledge!!! My husband and I would highly recommend J's pumps and plumbing. We have used Jerry several times, once being an emergency. They were out to our home very quickly, diagnosed and fixed our pump issues. Jerry went above and beyond, we can't thank him enough!

Horrible Arrogant attitude when called with an emergency situation. Not even a return phone call. Terrible service do not use this business for anything. Not even worth the time for the phone call. Cheers
