Foothills Centre for change is by far one of the greatest places I have ever been. The warm and friendly staff are both incredibly kind as well as mindful of the help I needed as a drug addict and a person with mental health issues. One thing I can say for certain is the owners are really real and amazing people yet down to earth and mindful. Can't say enough good things about Foothills! If you genuinely want to change I can think of no better place to start your recovery process than Foothills Centre for Change!

Foothills changed my life! I will be forever grateful for the treatment I received at Foothills. I was given a safe, supported environment to understand my addiction and the opportunity and help to make the changes needed to live my best life. Attending Foothills was something I should have done for myself and my family many years ago. It gave me back my self-respect. The facility itself is very peaceful and the staff are top notch. I felt safe, cared-for and looked-after at all times. The sessions and workshops were all super informative and relevant. The outings were fun and the food is nutritious and delicious. Romy S. After 15 years of struggling with an alcohol and drug addiction I admitted myself to treatment. It has been a life changer. The intense focus on the 12 steps of the AA program allowed me to have a great breakthrough and learn how to start living life with integrity and hope. Parris and the super staff were so supportive throughout the treatment in listening, sharing and educating me about challenges that I was facing. The center went above and beyond to accommodate my work, life and fitness commitments so that my life was not put on hold during my recovery. It was so constructive to bring my issues that I dealt with in my days away from Foothills into the counseling sessions and then be able to apply that information and skill right back again the next week. I finally got to learn about boundaries, values, feelings and what this disease really is. I really miss staying at the center and the positive attitude everyone has. I loved the connection with the other clients and still stay in touch I am blessed to have the life I have now... I have lost my fear and been given hope thanks to the wonderful people who genuinely loved me before I was able to love myself. Thank you

Foothills Is an amazing place with great people. They helped guide me to a life of sobriety and gave me the tools to stand a chance against my personal struggles .these guys helped me understand what made me do the things I did and helped me find peace and let go of the past and live life through a clear lens.
