I'm giving this place a 5 for its value. The food is pretty damn good for the price you pay for it. I usually get their sea queen, pad Thai, or Islamic noodles. Being full and satisfied at a restaurant with good quality food for 15 a major win for me. Being able to control the spice level is great too because I am normally biased towards spicy food. I get 10 spice levels if I want to chill and 15 if I want a bit of kick to my food . 20 is overboard for me where I can't enjoy the food itself.

I ordered a chicken and shrimp Thai fried rice, very flavorful and spicy as per my request. They never let you down. Great customer service and the food was ready within 15 mins as they said. You can find free parking on elm Street.

This place has absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced, and this is coming from someone who has worked in the food and customer service industry for quite a few years now. Yesterday, my uncle had gone in to pick-up an order that my cousin had placed and he was met with a lot of disrespect. He simply asked to pick up his order WHILST PRESENTING THE ORDER NO. and the hostess claimed that the order had already been picked up. When my uncle asked her to re-check, he was told that he was "being aggressive" and to "get out of the restaurant", while the hostess continued to act irrationally. While misunderstandings can occur inevitably, this is not how they should be dealt with. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR EVEN OTHERWISE. It was my first time eating food from here, will UNFORTUNATELY be my last. It is unacceptable for ANYONE to behave in this manner, and seeing other reviews I can see that this has been a recurring matter for Salad King, which they have NOT BOTHERED to deal with. P.S. to the management. This situation could have been handled in a much better, and MUCH PROFESSIONAL manner.

The behaviour of the staff at this location is appalling, disgusting and flat-out rude. No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect, more than serving food they seem to be serving a lot of that. My friend had gone to pick up an order and was told her food was already picked up. Her pickup experience was composed of rude yelling and threats on behalf of a hostess and my friend's and her family's safety was in jeopardy as another employee breached COVID-19 protocols and got close to her father's face. I see many reviews depicting such unfair treatment towards a multitude of people and it's frustrating and terrifying that there are no consequences for such behaviour and treatment of peaceful customers. The hostess refused to accept that she had made a mistake and continued to point fingers at her family for what she claimed was "Aggressive" behaviour. In translation, their aggressive behaviour was asking for their order. There is no sense of accountability for poor behaviour in this establishment. It's a fear-inducing and difficult time for many families amidst the pandemic and a breach of COVID-19 protocols is a serious issue and surely must be a health violation in some way shape or form in the food industry at such a time. This establishment has put the health and safety of their customer at risk by breaching COVID-19 protocols. Despite the rude commentary, attitude, yelling and threats the jeopardy of customer health and safety is a serious matter and requires some form of repercussion. This establishment needs to reshape standards for employees as this behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.

I love Salad King. First ever thai restaurant I had after coming to Canada. I just wish they're having one branch in Scarborough. The one drink I miss the most and they opted out from the menu is Thai Milk Shake. It was way too good . I love Salad King and definitely I don't have anything specific favourite item cause whenever I go I try different items from their menu. All taste good. But please bring back Thai Milk Shake.

The customer service experience that I had at Salad King was horrible to say the least. I had order 2 currys from the uber eats app and chose the option of pick up. My dad had gone in to pick up the order immediately after the app notification is that it was ready, when he went up to the counter and told the lady that he was here to pick up his order by providing the order number. When he told her the order number and the app that indicated pick up the extremely rude lady at the cashier had told him that "the order was already picked up", after my dad persisted that she should check if his order was there she to "contact uber because that's not my problem" and then proceeded to tell him to "get out of the kitchen and her restaurant" and that she would "call the police". Another restaurant worker came up extremely close to my dad's face, breaking covid protocol and threatening him that if he didn't leave the restaurant he would "face some consequences". After my dad left, My aunt and I went back into the restaurant to see the misunderstanding that had occurred, when we reached there and ask the lady at the counter for my order she said the same thing that "the order was already picked up", we continued to nicely explain to her that this wasn't possible, she then proceeded to ask for our name and after we gave her our name she immediately gave us the order. We asked her why she had not done the same when my dad had asked for the order and she proceeded to say that "he was being very aggressive and that she had call the police on him" and that "if he is in the area he should get out" and turned around and walked away before we could ask her further questions. Although I cannot confirm that she had indeed called the police since we left, I am frustrated and appalled that we were treated this way over an order that we were supposed to pick up. This experience was extremely dehumanizing and I am never going back to this restaurant.

Great food and great portions. A hole in the wall restaurant that serves mouth-watering Thai food. The flavors in their Thai Basil Noodles were explosive!
