Terrible hospital, urgence and the staf. I stay 2 days with big pain, they told that they doesn't have staf, it' s the last time here!!!!!

My father was brought in by ambulance, stabilized and for 72 hours held with out room despite of rooms available. He was tied to a chair naked for hours. Family was not allowed to call or see him. He had no dentures to eat food and mistreated. He is 94 years old, weighs about 145 lbs, a veteran, a resident of Vaudreuil for 40 years. Short of the dictatorship in the province, this hospital had zero empathy and staff that were not clean or ethical. Absent doctors that did not complete rounds. Do not go there! We can remove my father tomorrow if a doctor shows up

Waited in the emergency for 8 hours in excruciating pain. Nobody else was there and they kept saying they had “other priorities”. 0 STARS!!!

Waited about more than 1 hour and 30 minutes of the given appointment time. My appointment given with my friend at the time I called to book appointments. Call center did not give seperate appointment when I called. He told us to come together. The worst thing was that after about 1 hour there was no record no name of my friend given to the doctor. I have never seen such a nurse she was so mean with us. There is no ZERO to choose, 1 star is a lot for this place.
