I normally never leave reviews but the staff at this place is probably the most unprofessional medical staff I have encountered with. My 15 months-old son was in agony and crying straight for 2 hours while we were there and plus 3 hours prior to going to this clinic. The staff was absolutely busy with nothing but chit chatting back and forth like some breakfast club while clearly having patients to attend to. When I had addressed as to when my child will be seen after waiting for 1 hour a) i was ignored b) when i asked again i was told rudely to go back in the room i was waiting in and then they continued their chatter. The only helpful member of the staff was the doctor and one nurse which i couldn't appreciate more for easing my sons pain. Hence, i would probably never step a foot in this clinic again.

Great Dr Thom We waiting a very long time which was unclear why as we only saw two other patients . Call patients closer to appointment time so parking is not maxed out . Clean and quiet facility . Thank you to all the support workers ( gentlemen in a wheelchair) who greeted and helped us when we entered the facility with a wonderful SMILE (a SMILE goes a MILE )

Went on a Sunday evening and was out within 30min. Receptionist and doctor were very friendly and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier.

The waiting time is too long. When you inquire about the wait time there is no guidance available and the attitude from passing workers is hostile and unhelpful.

Doctor gave me a prescription that i promptly threw up and am unable to contact the urgent care centre by phone for instructions. Doctor Firszt was fine but I'm now too ill to drive and have no idea what to do.

I went in for an ingrown toenail cause my family doctor does not work fridays. The doctor put one needle of freezing and left. It hurt. Then he came back and started the procedure. It was pure hell! Ive never experienced such pain in my life. It was torture. Swear to God real torture. The doctor did not offer any more numbing (and they are supposed to) ive had two children. And in even child birth i didnt have that much pain. Ive been shaky and crying since i got home, the doctor didnt care he just wanted to finish. Now! I will never go back. I will go to my family doctor about this incident! What a terrible horrible experience! I never in my life experienced such pain! And even when i was sccccreaming!!!! The doctor continued! I had to pull away my foot. Crying to my fiance to make sure the doctor did not continue. Absolutely awful. Im going to see what can be done. No one should ever experience what i just had to go though this day!
