Kevin did a great job of teaching me the boxing basics. Really friendly environment... no big egos. Really good at adapting the training to make sure that all levels are enjoying their experience. Highly recommend!

Sparmax is truly the best martial arts gym out there! I’ve trained with them for two years in boxing. I mainly took private classes, but also partook in group classes. The instructors are all extremely knowledgable and know how to personalize each training session to your goals and needs. You have the possibility to use the equipment (such as gloves and headgear) in the gym, so that when you’re starting out, you don’t have to immediately commit to buying gear. I would 100% recommend for all ages, men, women, and children.
Clean gym well lit with great equipment and facilities. Learn at your own pace. The more you go the better you get and the better you look and feel. Family run gym coaching you to become your best. 5 stars easy.
