Good afternoon there! I had experience with magnetic resonance for my head.I receive my appointment fast, they comunicate by sent me email and phone call to confirm an appointment. Good! after..1. I missed my first appointment. 2.I tried hard to find correct address for second appointment. For my first appointment I follow by email , went to Brossard (it’s head office). Only that full address location was sent to me. For my second appointment I arrived by 104-233 RUE TURGEONSAINTE-THÉRÈSE (QC), J7E3J8 That’s google shows 104 rue Turgeon!!! i realise that is office 104 but not a building number! Twice I was very disappointing and wanted to cry to spent 40 min to drove there and 50 min spent in traffic back in first day, and lost in second day! Yes, I am not local, Yes, I don’t know Montreal well. Yes, I use my google and wize navigator systems, And I found that is missing well explanation for address what you sent guys to patients. I paid cash 685 for that service?! very upset ((( Please, Correct and do better service for Us as your patients. When I got clinic, THey took Me straight, did good and fast exam, I was ok at the end, but also strange they don't have professional doctor who can ready result after examination (( sounds very strange for Me! paid 685.. just for machine, i found its very very expensive!!! They simply don’t understand the concept of appointment! If you don’t have hours to loose search another place! Stay away! I almost missed another appointment which was 3 hours later for a simple echography! And I had an appointment at the opening hours. They start calling peoples only after we start asking questions about the delay like they had an extended coffee break!

My 11 yr old daughter had to get a cerebral MRI. She was incredibly nervous but the MRI technician did everything she could to ease her fears. The tech spoke to her softly and gave her positive feedback every step of the way. Thank you!!!

Terrible, il s'agit d'une seconde mauvaise expérience à cet endroit. On ne donne pas de rendez-vous pour la radiologie, de sorte que j'ai vu la salle se vider 2 fois sans que je n'ai eu mon examen! après 90 minutes d'attente on me répond que les autres avaient des rendez-vous! Alors pourquoi ne pas donner des rendez-vous en radiologie aussi?! J'ai dû quitter sans mon examen!! :( Quel soins de santé pourri!
