I bought a used F-150 in April 2020. I look at the pickup/drove and I was ok with the price, I didn't give any trouble for the seller, less than one hour I decided to take it. it was missing the headrest for the middle seat and the code for the keyless door, I made it clear many times that I want those 2 things. The employee Jean-Christophe Maltais was the seller. It took 4 days to get process and the car done, not that fast but it was ok. 6 months later, I still don't have the code nor the headrest. I have exchanged several emails and calls with Jean-Christophe Maltais and he just keep stalling. So, if the car you want/like it is in that store, just try to avoid this seller and you have better chance to have a good deal and good service after.
