I'll preface by saying I still found it in me to be relaxed while going there, but if you are bothered by 'details' don't go. Positives: the solo cabin night stay is a nice getaway. BYO wine/beer for dinner. Food was very competent. Quiet place in the country side. Negatives: poor upkeep, many things where broken down or not well maintained. (coffee machine, some of the spa areas). The staff is composed of mostly young family members for better or worse, very kind but lacking in experience. Silence, though required, was not enforced in the places it should have been, so obnoxious people are not really encouraged to keep quiet. There is a definite feel of the place being understaffed, constantly. Price structure is bizarre, we paid for xyz in advance and when we got there we got abc, we had to fight about what we had paid for a bit.

We went for nordic spa experience on Sunday. The bath, hammam and sauna were ok. It was not very crowded and had a nice ambiance. The rest place around the fire was muddy and you would sink in the mud if you wanted to sit around the fire. The bistro only had two options for food. Overall it was not a bad place but at this price, there are much better nordic spa choices around montreal.

Globalement j'ai vécu une belle expérience. Manque un petit peu d'entretien par endroit et il faudrait prévoir plus de couverture dans l'aire de repos près du lac. J'ai du en utilisé une qui avait déjà servie. J'ai adoré ma salade au dîner. Simple et délicieuse. Un bel endroit dans son ensemble mais il manque peut être un peu de chaleur dans l'accueil. Je suis revenue de ma journée très reposée malgré ces petites choses. Rien de majeur. Simplement que si je compare avec des endroits offrant les mêmes services il y a place a l'amélioration.

Je recommande cette endroit, détente assuré dans une belle atmosphere, personnelle accueillant avec chalet sur place pour un séjour et tres bonne nourriture
