I had booked an appointment this week through Bonjour Sante for a teleconsultation with dermatologist Dr. Lisa Iannattone but my appointment was cancelled by the clinic the evening prior to my appointment. This was done via a text message without explanation, and the clinic did not even bother to call me in order to reschedule the appointment. This is not the type of service you expect from a professional clinic.

Hi they did receive us although my husband card was expired..however although no one is in the attending room i had to wait for 1hr listening to the nurses and doctor's laughter ..could be because the card expired..although at the end of the day they get that visit paid by reaching the health dept so....I guess its what being*APatient*means..8:50 no one in the room.. ..the receptionist was awesome service!! Professional Greet and very informative about our situation. .the nurse talking bout crise de panic lol..i hope she only assist and not a registered nurse..Black people don't have panic attacks we always on the edge that's our daily life ahah...so..the doctor..we forgot she kept us waiting that's our effective she was ..i wasn't in the room but heard everything very thourough..provide advise..overall 2nd time there it doesn't disappoint...other clinic i wouldn't say the same.real talk!!!..thanks..

I am extremely disappointed with this clinic, but my family doctor is at this clinic. First of all, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment with my family doctor. Why have a family doctor if you can't see them when you need to? I can't believe it but its actually easier to get a specialist appointment. Second of all, the clinic deals with Bonjour Sante (which is a monopoly) so its an extremely frustrating experience. Third of all, last time I had a teleconsultation with my family doctor, it took the clinic 2 WEEKS to fax the prescription to my pharmacy. Everytime I called, they promised same day, had to chase after them. Finally, they also got my file mixed up with another patient and kept sending me texts and calling for an appointment that was not mine. All in all, they are very frustrating to deal with. ------- Response: Thank you for your reply however I don't understand what it means. Can you please have it translated properly? You also have my contact info on file. Thanks

I have a family doctor that is unavailable for weeks at a time. I recently got into an accident and have fractures that I had to wait 11 hours to deal with in an emergency room during a pandemic. Now I desperately need to see a doctor for what I think in a bad infection and I’ll have to back to an emergency room because she isn’t free till two weeks from now. This is crazy. She was assigned to me as a family doctor months ago and since then I was able to see her once, she asked me questions only, no check up. She was supposed to book an appointment with me for my asthma etc.... very disappointing. :(
