We are a Montreal based company that supply specialized grain and flour products for the bakery business. Farinart is a leader in grain processing. Our strength is custom blending from 2 to 20 grains, as well as Stone-Ground flours. We can ground to any consistency, from fine to coarse texture. Some of the grains we work with are wheat, rye, spelt, kamut, quinoa, and triticale. We also carry an organic line of grains. We have added new technologies to process ROASTED GRAINS, SPROUTED GRAINS, PRE-SOAKED GRAINS AND PULSES.
