After months of planning, the day came and I have to say the waiting staff was fantastic, the food was great, all in all it was a great wedding. However, they fell short on organizational skill!!... we were well received by management and promised everything we asked for... nothing extravagant at all... but out of all the evening only three things had to be just so... specifically we made our own table placements, printed and delivered in person weeks before, to be told they were so well made they "looked professional... no problem we will take care of it" we were told!.. Night of the event, tables were not set up as we wanted for the ceremony and the table placements we worked so hard to make were no where to be found... it was free for all... and not a big wedding.. 40 people!! Then, the DJ did not play the right song for the "walk down the isle"!... Quite disappointing! I won't be recommending the Mirage to anyone else! Sorry, but it's a one in a lifetime event, and although we are not picky, there were so little simple things we wanted just so, and all were neglected! Other than that, it was a great evening!

What a disappointment. We had hired our own DJ, got our own alcohol license, our own alcohol and drinks, our own catering, our own decorator...the only thing mirage was in charge of was the set up. I had 3 events with them, engagement, pre wedding event and wedding reception. During one of the events, they brought up random addition charges that they mentioned to us after the party. For example, they wanted to charge us 250 for cleanup if we did rose petal poppers...i just laughed in their face. And other stuff i wont get into right now. Also my fiancé at the time went to put some drinks away at the hall a couple of hours before the event and noticed they put the wrong runners. In the second event...he made sure to go back to make sure everything was ok this time around and that they leanred from their mistake the previous time and they had put wrinkled runners on our tables. He had to request for them to be steamed..that shouldn't need to be mentioned! For the wedding, we got the runners from our decorators. At wedding, i cant begin to tell you how disorganized they were. My own family and friends that got there ahead of time set up everything. From the tables to the dishes. The dj did everything for himself and the decorators took care of themselves. All my other vendors told me mirage was short staffed when i had paid for extra people to be there. I don't understand what they were doing if catering was also taken care of. On top of everything, their receptionist was yelling at my caterer. Honestly, our wedding was great, but only because i choose to ignore them and enjoy the moment. They didnt put the bows on the back of the chairs nor did they put napkins on the tables as it was specifically requested. Horrible management. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Needs to be updated. But it more modern. Not because your located in the East and cater to haitians that it should be kept thay way. Upgrade Asap

I had my wedding here in 2013 and I have to say they really know what they are doing. The food was awesome. The whole experince was above and beyond what I expected. They treat you like family . I have never been to a wedding where the staff all came out to congradlate the newly weds. Phenomeal job.
