Don’t even waste your time! I went on the website to submit a request for a quote and the website would not accept my files ( even though they were in the right format .png and .ai). I was like: okay that happens let me see if I can email them my design and get a quote. Still no answer in a couple of hours. I say okay still happens, maybe their website and email have some sort of connection problem. I call... many times - no answer. I left a voicemail explaining my inquiries along with my phone number. 30 minutes later, the most rude customer representative calls me and opens the conversation with “you called me”. I told him I did not know who that was and then remembered leaving my phone number on their voicemail.. ok.. then I explain AGAIN what my inquiry was and he says he did not get the email with my designs. I asked him for another email address to send it to. He gives it to me and the promptly says he’s going to call me back in 5 minutes, which he never does. Complete waste of my time.
Don't be fooled with their neat website. - Their reply is slow, - Kept asking me to re-send the same image file 5 times. (Lack of organization) - Had a misprint, (They don't check the final product) - Additional order with updated image never got through. Would definitely go elsewhere.

I send my tech pack, I paid my order, this guy, Oren, tells me everything was good and I will have my order at the date we conclude. After that, silence, I keep calling them, write to them, no answers. I had to use a different phone to hide my phone number, so they answered because of that, I asked why they didn't answered me this passed week, told me lies and told me they will not do my order, two days before the dead line, and just hang up on me like that. Worst company ever, worst employees ever, this oren guy, a liar and he's so rude.
