The technicians at this location were very helpful but the diagnosis didn’t solve the overarching issue. I tried repeatedly to connect with the operations and service manager to acquire parts that may solve the issue but the individual has not been willing to reply to my communication. This is very unprofessional and I hope that a reputable company like TG Graphics will reach out and show that they can supply the service that they promise in their mission statement.
