We had called on them based on great client references. Angela had provided a quote. Soon after she raised the price which is fine. We agreed on a price. Angela then suggested she make drawings with some of her layout ideas. She charged 500 cash, which I thought was unreasonable. We finally agreed on a price and the scope of the work. One day before they were set to start the job they backed out stating they were concerned we would not be able to secure a permit. It took us no time at all to get the permit. I based on our brief but unpleasant experience with Angela and the team, we are glad we didn't have to move forward with them.
